This places Vesper Energy among other member companies participating with PJM as it coordinates the movement of electricity in all or parts of 13 states and the District of Columbia. Brunswick Corporation has entered into a virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with Vesper Energy to offset a majority of the projected electrical power needs of Brunswick’s global operations through clean solar energy.

Vesper Energy announced it entered into a 15-year virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with Zoetis, the world’s leading animal health company. Vesper will deliver more than 40 megawatts (MW) of renewable energy to the grid to power approximately 33 percent of Zoetis’ North American operations’ projected energy needs.
