Vesper Energy announced that Pfizer – one of the world’s premier biopharmaceutical companies – has entered into a virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with the Company. Under the 15-year agreement, Vesper will deliver at least 310 MW of renewable energy to the grid, effectively powering 100 percent of the projected power needs of Pfizer’s North American operations through clean solar energy.

Vesper Energy, a leading developer, owner and operator of utility-scale renewable energy assets, today announced it has upsized its existing letter of credit (LC) facility to $140 million, which will fast-track the development of its 3.5 GW of solar and 2.5 GWh energy storage pipeline in North America.

Desert Community Energy (DCE) and Vesper Energy jointly announce that they have entered into a 20-year power purchase agreement for solar energy and battery storage. DCE will purchase all of the energy produced from the Deer Creek 50 MW Solar + 200 MWh Storage project.
