Headquartered in the greater Dallas area, Vesper Energy is comprised of professionals who have collectively delivered more than 10 GW of renewable energy projects globally. Today, our pipeline includes over 35 renewable energy and storage projects with a generating capacity of 12 GW; enough to power more than 2 million homes. Working with our customers, communities, and business partners, we develop, own, and operate renewable energy projects across the United States with the goal to build a better energy infrastructure.
Together, we’re building a cleaner and brighter energy future.
Founded in 2015 as Lendlease Energy Development, our team delivered over 680 MW of renewable energy projects. In 2020, following the acquisition by Magnetar Capital, the company was rebranded as Vesper Energy. Since then, we have grown our pipeline, quadrupling our portfolio of renewable energy and storage projects while expanding our footprint to cover more of the country.
With our experienced team, our growing pipeline of renewable energy projects, the strength of our financial partners and Magnetar Capital, we are prepared and eager to build a clean energy infrastructure.
