Vesper Energy Announces Leadership Transition

Vesper Energy announces that Mark Rostafin has stepped down as Co-Chief Executive Officer. His departure completes a leadership transition that began earlier this year, when responsibility for Vesper’s commercial, finance, and legal functions was transitioned to Co-Chief Executive Officer Juan Suarez. With the transition now complete, Mr. Suarez has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer.

For customers, partners, and investors, day-to-day operations continue as before. Vesper’s strategy, development pipeline, and the team executing on both continue without interruption. Construction continues on schedule at Nazareth Solar, a 201 MW project in Swisher County, Texas, where Vesper also operates its 600 MW Hornet Solar project.

“Mark helped build this company from a development platform into a business that finances, constructs, and operates at scale, and we thank him for his leadership,” said Juan Suarez, Chief Executive Officer. “Our strategy, pipeline, and commitments to customers and partners remain unchanged.”

“I am proud of what this team has built and confident in where it is headed. Vesper is in strong hands, and I look forward to watching what comes next,” said Mark Rostafin.
