Vesper Energy Development LLC (Vesper Energy) joins PJM as an Associate Member. This places Vesper Energy among other member companies participating with PJM as it coordinates the movement of electricity in all or parts of 13 states and the District of Columbia. This activity includes more than 1,379 electric generators and 84,236 miles of high-voltage transmission lines serving 65 million customers.
“Since we began developing renewable energy projects in PJM five years ago, Vesper Energy has worked to become a good partner in the communities where we are located and a leader in the energy space. This latest step is exciting for our team and will serve our various solar and storage projects well,” stated Craig Carson, CEO of Vesper Energy.
As a PJM Associate Member, Vesper Energy will participate in the PJM stakeholder processes to shape and inform policy. Vesper Energy’s direct engagement with PJM and its other members will further its growing portfolio in the region including projects in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
