Vesper Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Temporary Paralegal (Contractor) to join our legal team. This role will support our legal team in managing legal documentation, contract administration, and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate, real estate, or energy law and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for the General Counsel.
- Support compliance initiatives and regulatory filings.
- Maintain corporate records and document management systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and proper documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate, real estate, or energy law.
- Strong understanding of contract review and legal documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
