Vesper Energy is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join the Vesper Energy team as Manager, Technical Services. Desired Educational Level:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Directors and VP of Development and Development team.
- Responsible for processing and maintaining accurate records of all relevant contracts, agreements, and various documents for developers in the appropriate electronic systems, including but not limited to contract compliance trackers, Excel spreadsheets, emphasis on Asana, SharePoint, Google Earth KMZ’s, and other software platforms.
- Respond to any project and process improvement requests from all Vesper teams, as needed.
- Serve as liaison between departments and external vendors for various tasks.
- Lead, manage, and track contract execution, recording, and filing of real estate agreements, including easements, termination letters, Quit Claim deeds, etc.
- Ensure all real estate contractual obligations are satisfied during the development period, including issuance of payments.
- Implement file management system, audit files, i.e., memos, agreements, and archived documents, verify if filed, maintain original documents for developers/legal, etc.
- Coordinate with accounting for the authorization and payment of all deposits, land option payments, and letters of credit.
- Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations, and convert document format, as necessary.
- Assist with permit application preparation, as requested.
