What You’ll Own
- End-to-end project leadership across site origination, permitting, interconnection, and execution in Eastern U.S. markets
- Risk navigation and issue framing—you’ll provide strategic context and insight to senior leadership while proactively clearing roadblocks
- Contract negotiation & stakeholder alignment, from landowners to local officials to utility partners
- Economic and financial oversight, including feasibility analysis, project budget management, and investment case development
- Cross-functional integration with legal, engineering, finance, and external consultants to drive speed and quality
What We’re Looking For
- 6–8 years of experience in renewable energy development with a proven track record in utility-scale projects
- Strong command of interconnection processes, permitting paths, and land acquisition across PJM and other regional markets
- Adept at navigating ambiguity and making high-impact decisions with limited data
- Advanced Excel skills and fluency in project management tools
- Exceptional communicator—written, verbal, and visual—with executive presence
- Highly autonomous with a bias for action, accountability, and ownership
