We’re seeking a Director of Structured Finance to lead financial modeling, underwriting, and deal structuring across our growing portfolio of solar and battery storage projects. This is a key leadership role with visibility across the executive team; perfect for someone who combines deep analytical skill with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Own:
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting to support project financing, pricing, and portfolio performance.
- Structure and negotiate financing for renewable projects, including construction loans, term loans, and tax equity transactions.
- Manage the full deal lifecycle (from due diligence to closing) ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and advisors to optimize capital structure and execution.
- Oversee preparation of investment materials and financial presentations for senior leadership and partners.
- Analyze market fundamentals and revenue structures to inform strategic decisions and portfolio planning.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and development teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.
- Mentor and guide structured finance team members to elevate modeling quality, execution, and cross-team coordination.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project finance, valuation, or investment analysis within renewable energy, infrastructure, or power markets.
- Hands-on expertise with solar + storage (PV + BESS) financial modeling.
- Deep understanding of capital markets, tax equity, and debt/equity structuring.
- Proven track record managing deal execution and investor relationships.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel and related tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity for executives and partners.
